• Manner of arrest: He was arrested, along with five other Saudi citizens, including influencers Fahad al-Ruwis and Falah al-Masredi, on charges of “publishing content that stirs public opinion”. This was in connection with their expression of support for a public boycott campaign targeting companies owned by the Al Rajhi family (#مقاطعة_براندات_الراجحي), following recent social security cuts implemented by Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmad Al Rajhi.
